What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders came when people found it hard to get items in stores due to their popularity. Companies then had the idea to allow customers to reserve their own personal copy, before the release, which has been a huge success. Pre-orders allow consumers to guarantee immediate shipment on release.
Prices generally rise by 10%-20% or more once the item is available so pre-ordering guarantees the lower price.
Do I Pay for my Pre-Order Upfront ?
Yes - All pre ordered items require payment in full to guarantee stock.
We offer Flexible payment plans for orders over £50 with a 10% deposit, Please contact us for details
To be eligible and take advantage of our payment plan we require a deposit of 10% of the order value which will be invoiced at the time of order.
You then have the option to pay when you like, (Minimum payments are £20) simply message us when you wish make a payment and we will invoice you accordingly. Payment plans on pre-orders must have the balance paid within 7 days of the products release, If 14 days pass after the products release and no payment has been made, your order will be cancelled and the deposit retained for admin fees.

As you know Pre-Order stock can rise in price, Unlike other websites we do not ask for any further payment to cover this, The Price you pay at the time of ordering will remain the same, even if the supplier increases the price before the figure is released.
Can I cancel my Pre-order?
Yes - We are more than happy to offer a full refund in the event of a cancellation of any pre-ordered items - This must be done by emailing us direct. "Unlike other websites we do not charge a admin fee for cancelling a pre-order within 14 days, you will receive a full refund in the event of a cancellation, If after 14 days a fee of 10% will be retained for admin fees.
When you place your pre-order, we commit to getting those items in for you from the manufacturer. When an order is canceled by a customer, we cannot cancel the order from the manufacturer
In the event of a cancellation and we have in stock items on hold awaiting further pre orders, you will be sent the current item(s) and this will be deducted from your refund and the the rest of the preorders will be cancelled.
(Not applicable with the free postage offer)
If your order is made up of "pre orders" and "In Stock" items, your order will not be posted until your whole order placed is in stock. To combat this please order pre orders separate to in-stock orders.
If you order multiple pre-orders with different release dates, your order will not be posted until all items on the order are in stock, to combat this please order each item separately.
*Please Note - Pre-order release dates are subject to change due to Manufacture and shipping delays. We have no control over this and your order will be shipped when the product is in stock.
We ship on a first-come, first served basis, so your order will be processed and shipped in the order it was received
If your order consists of multiple pre-orders due at different times then the order will not be posted until all your items are in stock, to combat this please order items with different release dates separately, or contact us to make individual postage payments.
Every product on pre-order lists an expected arrival date. Our product department is in constant contact with our vendors to try to obtain the most up to date information possible. Once we know something has changed, we will update our listings and the information in your account.
We would all like pre-orders to show up within the expected time frame, but unfortunately the toy industry can have delays. The expected arrival date is an estimate only; there are no guarantees for exactly when pre-ordered products will arrive. No compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late. We don't recommend pre-ordering products as gifts or for special occasions that are time sensitive.
All updates will be announced on our social media pages, we cannot respond to individual requests for release dates.
We work hard to fill every pre-order we take, but occasionally a situation may be out of our control. If we cannot fill your pre-order, we will cancel it and notify you immediately. No compensation will be given for the inconvenience.
