Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept refunds on items that use external batteries for power that are no longer charged. We also do not carry replacement batteries.
All items returned due to a issue that has not been due to our error will incur postage costs paid for by the customer and are non refundable.
We do not consider damaged outer packaging as a reason for return, although we accept some people prefer to keep their items boxed and in this instance we may consider a return but all costs would be covered by the customer.
If a parcel arrives damaged, The parcel must be signed for as "damaged" and photos taken in order to make a claim, If no evidence is produced in order to make a claim against the courier we cannot accept any returns for damaged parcels.

We are more than happy to offer a full refund in the event of a cancellation of any pre-ordered items - This must be done by emailing us direct.
