Free Postage Offer
Throughout the year we like to offer free postage events, This postage is UK only and is standard 2nd class, the option of free postage is shown on the shipping page at the checkout stage, free postage applies to instock items and pre-order items, Each item will be dispatched upon its arrival instore.
How Much Does Shipping Cost ?
(Not applicable when free postage offer is available)
Shipping rate is set at a standard £2.95 per order placed or you may choose alternative rates during the checkout process (Uk), Europe and the Usa varies and is shown at the final stage of checkout.
If your order is made up of "pre orders" and "In Stock" items, your order will not be posted until your whole order placed is in stock. To combat this please order pre orders separate to in-stock orders. (Not applicable with the free postage offer)
If you made a order consisting of pre order and in stock items and you would like your in stock items posted then this would incur a further postage fee. (Not applicable with the free postage offer)
When will my order be shipped?
All orders that are currently in stock (Not pre orders) will be shipped within 48 hrs. All pre-orders will be shipped within one working day prior to the arrival to us.
What Postal methods do you use?
We use various couriers including Royal mail / Myhermes / Parcelforce and DPD.
Items of value are sent via tracked post and the tracking information will be forwarded on via email.
The payment of £2.95 (Or free postage option) covers 2nd class postage and insurance up to the value of £20. If in the extreme rare case your order is lost or damaged during transit the couriers claim procedure will be followed and you fully accept you will comply with any courier requests. In the event the claim is accepted, the compensation will be refunded to you (The purchaser), Please note the current maximum amount of compensation will be £20, If you require your order to have a more value compensation amount then please request this after you have completed your order and we will request the exact further payment required to increase your insurance against loss or damage beyond £20.00.
The above is non negotiable and items sent uninsured are done so with your full understanding that only the above compensation will be paid.
If your order is returned to us due to non collection or shows as un deliverable through no fault of our own then payment for postage will be due to have your item resent, If you choose not to have your item resent then your order will be cancelled and the original postage fee will be retained along with a 10% admin fee.
